Every PHLOOP order ships free across India. We pack each order securely and dispatch it the same business day, or the next business day for orders placed late in the day or over a weekend.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations may take a little longer. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking updates by email and SMS.

Need it urgently?

If you are travelling and need your PHLOOP by a specific date, email us at support@phloop.com with your order ID and the date. We will tell you honestly whether it can reach you in time, and prioritise dispatch where we can.
