Anti-Copying & Intellectual Property Policy

PHLOOP is an original product designed, developed, and owned by Phloop Innovations ("PHLOOP", "we", "us", "our"). We take the protection of our brand and design very seriously. This policy explains what is protected and what is not allowed.

1. What We Own

All intellectual property associated with PHLOOP is owned by Phloop Innovations, including but not limited to: the "PHLOOP" name and word mark, the PHLOOP logo, the product design, shape, look and feel of the PHLOOP Bracelet Phone Holder, our tether mechanism and packaging, and all website content - text, photography, graphics, videos, layout and code.

2. What Is Not Allowed

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, manufacture, or sell the PHLOOP product or any product that imitates its design.
• Use the "PHLOOP" name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark on your products, store, or marketing.
• Reverse engineer, replicate, or create derivative versions of our product or tether mechanism.
• Copy or republish our website content, product descriptions, images, or photography.
• Pass off any item as a PHLOOP product, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.

3. Consequences of Infringement

Copying, reproducing, imitating, or selling our product or design without written consent is strictly prohibited and a punishable offence under applicable law, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Designs Act, 2000. We will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies - including injunctions, damages, and the seizure of infringing goods - against any party that violates our rights.

4. Requesting Permission

Resellers, collaborators, and media wishing to use the PHLOOP name, logo, or images may request written permission by emailing support@phloop.com. Any use without our written consent is unauthorised.

5. Report Counterfeits

If you come across a counterfeit or copied PHLOOP product, please help us protect customers by reporting it to support@phloop.com with details and links.
